Below is the utmost in bad service
provided and I still have had no response.



Dear Sirs/Madams,

I would like for you to take the time to consider the customers complaint
just once. I have had your Cable internet Service installed for
Approximately a week now and have not had one satisfactory result in my
connection speeds.
  I have called your service lines to no avail. I get the same "remedies"
every time I call. Not to say that I have called more than 10 times ! And
waiting for more than 2 hours is inexcusable !
  I have been through level one many times and level two many times and the
results are no better.
  I am experiencing connection speed sometimes in the 30k'S !!
I can get that through a 56k modem ! And at a much cheaper rate than $
40.00 a month.
  Your web page ask for referrals ! How would I dare refer anyone to your
service if it does not function properly ?
  I will not go into the nightmares through the last few days that I have
had your service, but let me say after the last call , Your people ended up
crashing my complete system ! I lost valuable data that took me 2 days to
recover !
  I have scheduled a service call for myself for 12/30/99 between 1:00 and
3:00pm. Ok now that I have been slower than I can explain for a week,
crashed my system, had to recover data, NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS
for you people to give the customer the service you claim is 100%
satisfaction guaranteed ?
   At this point, I am not satisfied ! I am madder than hell actually. I
had a perfectly good DSL line that knocked the socks of your Cable Modem.
  I want to use your service, I do believe there is a remedy, I will wait
one more time. But after the treatment and service levels that your
Corporation has given me I am considering a complete disaffiliation with
your company.
   If there is anything you can do to get anyone here faster than 2 weeks
that would be a start to satisfaction. If not I will bear it . And if the
problem persist I will be contacting you to pay for all reinstallation back
to my DSL server. That is the least that you could do for all of the
problems that you have caused.
  I am sorry if I sound like a jerk but In my field the customer always
comes first. Because without the customer you will no longer be a company.
