E2 Consulting Engineers Richland, WA March, 1998 to August, 2000 System Design and Development Contract Babcock & Wilcox - Database development of a client/server database system containing basis of estimate, requirements, locations and schedule milestone tracking of project work for nuclear facility decommissioning. Project involves design, data tables setup, screen and report coding, testing and implementation. Project Manager, staff of five. This project used Access97, MS Frontpage, HTML and Crystal Reports.
