Responsible for communicating and managing the deployment of the @HOME services in existing and new markets. Worked side by side with General Managers to prepare systems for new product deployment. Review budgets and provide guidance for system implementation of resource and material acquisition. Coordinate single installer, dispatch and warehouse training for each market to ensure all functional groups are adequately prepared for launch of new technology. Establish/maintain vendor relationships and contracts for single installer installation of cable modem and software. Manage contract labor/billing for quota overflow due to marketing initiatives. Complete System Readiness Testing (SRT) and oversee Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) to verify cable modem provisioning works in conjunction with system data/billing system and successful network connectivity is achieved prior to launch.

Scheduling new Technicians for OJT and track progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Ensure all OSHA and NEC standards are followed. Monitor, track and coordinate signal leakage/repairs. Responsibilities included tracking performance standards, administering disciplinary action when warranted. Providing BI-annual performance reviews and annual increase reviews for 20 technicians.
