Primestar by TCI Technical Supervisor/Warehouse Supervisor: Responsible for 3 contract install companies with 15 installers covering 22 counties in West Georgia. Supervised TCI cable company warehouse personnel, responsible for TCI & Primestar inventory. Set up inventory software for warehouse. Position was eliminated in company wide personnel reduction.

Construction Coordinator: 1987 - 1995
Responsible for design, requisitions, construction of all areas of a 550 MHz, 54 channel, 685 mile, 35,000 subscriber system, while supervising 3 contractor companies. Work with local utilities and city governments in constructing the cable plant. Obtain construction permits through state and local governments. Safety Coordinator and Trainer in traffic control for our employees and contractors. Active facilitator for Telecable's continuous improvement program.

1983-1984               McDonald Group Inc./Cablevision - Newnan, Ga.
District Engineer / General Manager: Managed the technical quality of 5 systems and General Manager at the local office in Newnan. Each system averaging 200 miles of 300 MHz plant.

1982-1983              Group W Cable, Inc. -Greenwood, S. C.
Chief Technician: Responsible for construction, design, maintenance and proof of performance testing on a 240 mile 400 MHz, 9000 subscriber, 26 channel system. Supervised 14 personnel, 2 contract construction groups. Plant equipment - Theta Com and headend Jerrold. Position was eliminated.

1981-1982               Group W Cable, Inc. -Galveston, TX
Plant Manager Responsible for the construction and design, maintenance and proof of performance testing on a 200 mile, 400 MHz, 14,000 subscriber, 26 channel system. Supervised 14 personnel and 2 contract construction groups. The equipment was Theta Com and Scientific Atlanta line gear with Hughes AML Microwave / Scientific Atlanta headend. Transferred to Greenwood, S.C.

1976-1981               TeleCable of Auburn, Inc. - Auburn, AL
Lead Technician: Responsible for system maintenance and headend work. System consisted of 10,000 subscribers, 300 mile, 300 Wt with 12 channels. Direct supervision of 3 service technicians.
