WORKING EXPERIENCE:

  • Telecommunications Consultant. This is my actual job, offering consulting services in
    telecommunications, local and internationally. We work in private networks, PABX Switches,
    Optical Fibber networks, Microwave networks, etc.


  • TRICOM TELEPHONE COMPANY:
  • Sales director: Responsible for the sales group oriented to the business
    Market. Financial, Tourism, Industrial, Commercial, etc (1996-97)

  • Customer service director: Responsible for managing the customer service group. Services
    such as Billing, Product information, Installation and repair. (1995-96).

  • Product development and Technical support director: Responsible to develop the
    business plan for video services integrated with common telephone services over the network.
    We also worked in the implementation of others products like: Internet, Pre-paid card,
    data services, value added services for telephone lines.
    Technical support, responsible to manage the technical support group who prepare the sales
    technical proposal for major customers. (1995).


  • CODETEL DOMINICAN TELEPHONE COMPANY:

  • Network marketing manager. Responsible to design the product plans to the
    telephone network. Products worked Out. Single lines, business lines, Basic and Advanced
    Value added services, ISDN lines, Toll free lines, 900 lines, Centralised voice mail, T1 lines,
    Data channels, Private networks, Fax store and forward, Electronic mail, X.25 network,
    etc. (1993-94).

  • Technical support manager: Responsible to prepare the sales technical proposals for major
    customers. Also responsible for the implementation and follow up of projects that had been
    sold. I worked as project manager of the SABRE network of American Airlines, Banco
    Popular network, Casa de Campo hotel, Jaragua hotel, etc, in the Dominican Republic,
    (1988-92).

  • Transmission operation manager: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the
    metropolitan transmission network. I also worked on the Installation of Optical Fibber for
    metroplex in the Dominican Rep. Also responsible for the operation and maintenance of Data
    and other special services. (1984-87).

  • Technical Supervisor: Responsible for operation and maintenance in the long distance
    transmission network. I also worked in the Installation of a T1 network to tie all
    central offices of the telephone network. (1982-83)

  • Transmission Technician: Work on the operation and maintenance of system and equipment
    of the long distance service. Installation of the A/D transmission equipment to tie with
    first Toll Center switch (GTD3-EAX) in the Dominican Republic. (1975-81)
