Responsible for all outsourced underground construction for three central offices. Assist Exchange Engineers in preparing cable/conduit work prints. Draft contracts, prepare bid packages,and supervise bid opening process.

Coordinate with contractor superintendants to ensure Pacific Bell underground facilities are placed per Company standards. Serve as liason between Company and permit authorities to ensure all city/county requirements are fulfilled.
