DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
System designing, signal level calculation and project implementation
of Hybrid-Fiber Coax (HFC) infrastructure towards a high speed data networking
solution to the Global City.
Overall maintenance of dish farm, headend equipment and outside plant
facilities.
Supervises installation of cables at buildings within the Global
City.
Conducts testing and acceptance of installation works of
sub-contractors.
Coordinates with engineers of other service carriers on works related
to the utilization of BCOC’s infrastructure within the Global City.
Prepares bill of materials of projects.
Special projects implementation.
Involved in the planning and development of Bonifacio Global City
into an IT Zone offering cutting-edge technologies in Voice, Video and Data
Communications.
Part of the team evaluating possible business partners in the
development of the government (PEZA) accredited E-square within Bonifacio
Global City into a premiere IT Park in the Philippines.
Part of the team studying/exploring other value added services that
can be offered within the Global City. Services such as Portals, VOIP,
Video-on-demand, Call Center, Building Management systems and City Management
Systems.
Heads the team that evaluates and defines criteria for the operation
of BCOC’s data over cable (CMTS).
