Experience: Twenty years broadband experience in the cable television industry and employed in various capacities from installation to supervisory positions. My experience covers the delivery of video / audio services, two-way data paths, system, certification and FCC tests, outside plant construction and maintenance, as well as customer service, plant safety and training. Computer literate in MS DOS, Windows 95 / 98, desktop publishing and web page design.
Self-starter: Able to accomplish tasks to keep project schedules and deadlines with a minimum of direction.

Employed as Installer, Lineman, Service Technician, System Technician and presently, Technical Supervisor.
Responsibilities include daily assignments of field employees and development of on-call / work schedules, as needed, to meet customer satisfaction goals. Direct activities of system dispatchers and handle customer complaints. Build and maintain PC's for management and hourly staff.
Designed and implemented training program for Service Technicians and System Technicians from basic map reading and trouble-shooting skills to advanced video, forward and return path design, FCC proofs, system maintenance, basic computer skills and other topics.
Wrote two articles of technical interest that were published in trade newsletters.
Developed the entire Safety Program for the Evansville system from a Disaster and Emergency Evacuation Plan, planning and conducting safety meetings, to maintaining MSDS information for the system.
Original member of a technical team that designed and launched what was, at that time, the largest MAN system in the world. The project involved
Tele-Communications, Inc. and the Evansville-Vanderburgh School Corporation which interconnected 2000+ computers over a coaxial cable network.
Project Coordinator for launch of the @Home Network in the Evansville, Indiana system. This service, which is part if Insight's Digital Gateway, incorporates DOCSIS cable modems offering Internet access to customers using Ethernet / LAN connections over an HFC network.
