1. Six months with I.S.P (Internet Service Provider) as a network engineer for Internet, P.C. Hardware and technical support.

2. Six months with G.C.G. (Gama Consultation. Group) as:

     (a) Planning local telephone network.

     (b) Supervising splicing work.

     (c) Testing all types of D.C and A.C.

     (d) Supervising all the work of as-built Drawing.

     (e) Study and prepare for some offers for new projects.

     (f) Supervising all the Installation work in the M.D.F and cable vault.


CURRENT WORK:

Two year and half with ALKAN COMMUNICATION the only distributor for Hughes Network System in Egypt as:

Two years Development and Installation Engineer for VSAT terminal like (T.E.S. telephone earth station, Universal Modem, T.R.E.S TRnucking Earth Station, R.E.S. receive earth station, DVB Digital Video Broadcast) where I analyze and design the complete RF signal processing chains from base band to antenna feed and measure total power required and frequency planning according the Traffic & grade of service after that I install these equipments & connected it to customer interface (PSTN, PBX, BSC, BTS, LAN, WAN, MUX, ROUTER,.. etc.)Perfect knowledge of all related protocols (ISDN, E1, TCP/IP, FRAM RELAY, SS5…etc) Till now I have installed and commissioned 40 T.E.S remote data and voice,2 universal modem HUB & 30 remote , 7 T.R.E.S., 6 DVB connected to Teleglobe for Internet access through the satellite and I'm one of the installation team for the ministry of education HUB station in Egypt for videoconference and data communication (T.E.S. HUB, Universal Modems, DVB)

One year as Acting Installation Manger
Where I supervise and Assign jobs to installation team, I Report to Deputy Director Technical Affairs &Operations weekly and monthly report evaluating the customer performance, installation team performance, Drawbacks, Recommended Corrective actions, Also I assist sales in preparing proposals to customer with the best configuration for new projects and attend clients meeting for final configuration.

After I have completed successfully one year as Acting Installation Manger, I promoted to be Installation Manager.
