COBOL - A Electricity Billing Group Project for thirty customers that calculates, and prints the amount of resources used in kilowatt hours. This project categorizes customers into Government, Industrial, Business, and Homeowners with Government paying the least unit charge and Homeowners paying the highest. Each customer is billed monthly.

COBOL - A Payroll Project that calculates the weekly pay of 3000 employees sorted by social security number, first and last name. The input data came from an input data file which indicated the date, the beginning, and the ending time of work for each employee. This program calculated and printed the hours worked for each day, the total hours for the week, the gross pay, FICA, the Federal Income Tax and the Net Pay using CICS and DB2.

COBOL - A Program that reads from a file called salary-file into a working storage section record called salary-rec-in. The Tax-Table was initialized in the working storage section using a redefines clause as Tax-values. It prints the monthly take home pay of each employee by name. It uses a linear search to sequentially search the working storage section taxable income and compares it with the table entries keyfield T-Max-Tax-Income (Maximum Taxable income) range using CICS and DB2.

COBOL - A Program to update a VSAM/ESDS Master Customer Accounts File with the data from the Transaction Customer File and creates the VSAM/ESDS new Master Customer Accounts File , an Error File and a Print File. It uses the Balance line algorithm for sequential update. The Master and Transaction Files are in ascending sequence on the Customer Number. It prints the number of old master records, the transaction records, the error records, the deleted records, the new master records, the address and name change records, the purchase action records, and the payment action records using CICS and DB2.

COBOL - A Program to update Inplace using random access the VSAM/KSDS Master Customer Accounts File with the data records from the Transaction Customer Accounts File (CMS File) using CICS and DB2.

COBOL - A Program to calculate the total amount due for each customer using a Furniture-Order-File and a Furniture-Item File. The Furniture Item File contains information about the cost of each item and the Furniture Order File contains information about each customer account number, the number, description and type of item ordered. It calculates the shipping charges based on the weight of the Item. It also calculates the total sales tax based on the cost of the item ordered and prints the result using column headings, page headings, customer account number, item ordered, and company name using CICS and DB2.

C - A program that converts Celsius temperature to Fahrenheit temperature.

C - A program that prints a multiplication table for any number in a nice format.
