Design and implement corporate wide technical training programs as related to cable modems, digital and analog headends, set top operations, distribution plant and billing systems.

Develop upper level technical training programs and course materials for use in the Adelphia National Learning Center.

Review and edit technical publications and documentation for applications guides, technical bulletins and user's guides.
