Design optical links for CATV defining active and passive equipment.
Responsible for training of technicians and installations done on optical racks of brands ADC, Raychem, Telect, Furukawa and Diamond, among others.
Responsible for training of technicians and installations done with CATV products, such as Philips, General Instruments, C-Cor, Augat, Alpha, Antec, Gilbert, Amphenol, among others.
Develop and optimize budgets for CATV Turn Key projects by analyzing material and manpower costs,. including the following steps: headend, mechanical design, make ready, coaxial design, optical design and network activation.
Create an area for measurement and certification of CATV networks according to the law by training technicians on handling equipment, materials and instruments properly.
Oversee all documentation on CATV network construction and computer network cabling including defining the process and procedures for the applications needed.
Help install and choose new software for the enterprise.
Visit clients to present the company in order to develop better relations with them and to feed back the internal procedures according to their needs.

Field Engineer
Controlled building and rebuilding of the twenty five cities with CATV networks by establishing the processes and procedures for the local technical supervisors and, sometimes, taking over the local management that could not achieve the results in time.
Installed the first optical link for Net Sul, designed, build and activated the optical node with HFC architecture.
Activated optical link for TV COM, the first local television in Brazil, with digital optical equipment.
Worked very closely in the design, construction, organizing and training of all Net Sul fiber installations.
Inserted, developed and passed on the knowledge of fiber optics in Net Sul, watching closely the steps of constructions and organizing training in Porto Alegre and regional training in the three states where Net Sul works, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina and Paraná
Work as interpreter in English courses sponsored by suppliers, such as Gilbert, CommScope, Philips, among others.
Translated manuals and procedures in English for training and standardization of handling of instruments and materials.
Took up the post of Field Engineer, on the Department of Technology, in charge of providing technical support to all Net Sul operations, involving measuring instruments, radio frequency amplifiers, electronic optic equipment, power supplies, and their utilization and service procedures.
