System Integrators


Systems integrators and value added resellers empower operators to offer data services by integrating data networking equipment over the cable system and establishing processes for network management, customer premises installations, billing and support. Unlike Cable ISPs, SI/VARs do not operate the data service. They simply prepare the operator to offer the service. However, in many cases, a SI/VAR will provide a 24x7 help desk and remote network monitoring. SI/VARs often provide services based on revenue sharing agreements.
